• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer FREE DELIVERY across India on all orders.
• Estimated delivery time:
  ✔ Metro Cities: 3-5 working days
  ✔ Other Cities: 5-7 working days
  ✔ Remote Areas: 7-10 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• Customers can track their orders directly from our website or via the courier partner’s tracking page.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or remote locations where courier services are unavailable.

5. Undelivered Orders

• If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:
  ✔ Record an unboxing video as proof.
  ✔ Email the video and order details to gayatrijewellerystore@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery.
• No claims will be accepted without video proof.
